One of the traditional directions in the work of the Faculty of Geology and Geography is to incorporate the capacity of the scientific community for facing the challenges of our time. Following the success from the previous 5 international scientific conferences on the topic “GLOBAL CHANGES” (5 conference books with more than 500 publications from 15countries) the Faculty of Geology and Geography of University of Sofia organizes the 6th international conference “Global Changes” which will be held on 16 and 17 April, 2010 at Sofia, Bulgaria.
